When do I need to get tested?
INDICAID labTM introduces brand new one-stop testing experience (including PCR test, rapid antigen test and online supervised rapid antigen test). Book the following services according to your own needs:

PCR Test

  • Reports suitable for entry into most countries, “Cruise-to-nowhere” testing documents, infection detection and certificate for work
  • Applicable for HK Health Code (please refer to the government's latest announcement)

Rapid Antigen Test

  • Reports suitable for entry into different countries, hospitals and care homes visitation, proof for large-scale events and certificate for work
  • Online Supervised Rapid Antigen Test

    • Reports suitable for certificate for work
Which test should be done prior to travelling?
Due to the different and changing requirements of entry documents in different countries, it is recommended that you check and confirm the specific testing requirements of your destination country before scheduling your test
Can pregnant women, children and toddlers be tested?
Pregnant women can be tested, and it will not cause any harm to the pregnant woman's body, and the test results will not be affected during pregnancy.

INDICAID labTM employs professional medical staff to provide consultation and specimen collection services, and can provide testing services and reports for children aged 3 or under. However, eligibility for the test is subject to judgement of on-site medical staff on the day of testing.

Can I be tested if I am unwell?
INDICAID labTM's testing services are not intended for individuals who are suffering from a cold, experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, or other severe symptoms, including severe fever, constant chest pain or pressure, severe cough, severe shortness of breath, difficulty in breathing, constant light-headedness or serious disorientation. For those who are suffering from any of these symptoms, we recommend using the INDICAID® COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test kit or seek medical advice from your healthcare provider.
Any precautions prior to the test?
It depends on the test of your choice:

PCR Test

  • Deep Throat Saliva Sample Collection: Do not eat, drink, smoke, brush your teeth, use oral hygiene product or chew gum 2 hours prior to collection
  • Nasal and Throat Swab Sample Collection: Please avoid using nasal spray within 10 hours before your appointment

Rapid Antigen Test

  • Please avoid using nasal spray within 10 hours before your appointment

Online Supervised Rapid Antigen Test

  1. You need to prepare two sets of INDICAID® COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test; other brands of rapid antigen test are not accepted
  2. Install Zoom on a device connected to the Internet and equipped with webcam and microphone
  3. Prepare your ID or passport
What to bring on the day of test?
Please bring your original ID document and email/SMS confirmation on the day of test. If the test report is used for travelling purpose, please bring the ID documents required by your destination region (e.g. Home Return Permit, passport or other travel documents) so that the document number can be listed on the test report.

Please note that if the required documents are not presented before the test, we will not be able to provide you with services and the payment will not be refunded.

How can I book a test?

How to receive my test report?
Time to result depends on your choice of test:

PCR Test
You will receive a SMS and email notification when your result is ready. You can login to your INDICAID labTM account to view your result

  • Standard: Test report within 24 hours
  • Express: Test report available at 6pm on the day of test (for samples submitted before noon)

Rapid Antigen Test
A printed test report will be provided onsite within 30 minutes after specimen collection

Online Supervised Rapid Antigen Test
Online test report available 1 hour after completing the test

How to edit my personal information on my INDICAID labTM account profile or reschedule my test?
You can login to your INDICAID labTM account to edit your personal information. Please make sure all your information is correct before making a reservation, no changes can be made once the test is done.

If you need to change a booking, please do so at your INDICAID labTM account no later than 24 hours before your appointment. We will not accept any changes within 24 hours before appointment.

What is your refund policy?
No refunds or returns are accepted for all our products purchased at INDICAID labTM and our online store. If customers identify any defects or damages of the products, you may contact the customer service team at cs@indicaid.com or 3700 8888 within seven days after receiving your order to request an exchange. For more information, please refer to the Exchange Policy

INDICAID labTM testing service bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before appointment will be refunded within 3-5 business days. We will not accept any cancellation within 24 hours before appointment. If you need to get tested at another time, please start a new booking and pay accordingly.

Any discounts for group orders (e.g. company orders or group testing)?
