Online supervised COVID-19 rapid antigen test is a supervised self-swab test done virtually via video call. You can do your rapid antigen test at the comfort of your own home virtually supervised by our trained professional and receive online test report.

Those who hold a valid ID card, birth certificate, or any other valid identification documents (including both Hong Kong and non-Hong Kong residents).

People aged 2 or above are eligible for the test. Swabbing should be performed by an adult for children aged 2 to 13.

Which countries recognize online supervised rapid antigen test reports for entry?
The report is applicable for entry into the U.S.. Since the testing requirements for entry may change, customers should be aware of the latest entry regulations of the destination to ensure that valid testing method is selected.
Any precautions prior to the test?
  1. You need to prepare two sets of INDICAID® COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test; other brands of rapid antigen test are not accepted
  2. Install Zoom on a device connected to the Internet and equipped with webcam and microphone
  3. Prepare your ID or passport
How long does the test take?
Each online testing will take approximately 30 minutes, including the 20 minutes waiting time for the RAT result to develop.
How to receive my test report?
Online test report available 1 hour after completing the test.
What if my test result is positive?
If your test result is positive, we will issue your report with a positive result and you are suggested to seek medical support or report directly at the government declaration system.
What if my test result is invalid?
If your result is invalid, you will be instructed to conduct another test by our trained professional. Maximum 2 tests will conducted for each session.
