We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds once your order has been purchased.

We accept exchange only when the goods are in its original packaging and presented with its original receipt. Upon examination, we will send you a replacement product using the original delivery method and no shipping cost will be charged.
You will not be eligible for an exchange if the defects are resulted from improper use.
If 7 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.
