Exchange Policy

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges once your order has been purchased.
  • We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at cs@indicaid.com or call our customer hotline directly at (852)3700 8888 within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • We accept exchange only when the goods are in its original packaging and presented with its original receipt. Upon examination, we will send you a replacement product using the original delivery method and no shipping cost will be charged.
  • You will not be eligible for an exchange if the defects are resulted from improper use.
  • If 7 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.
  • We reserve the right to make any modifications to the website, including terminating, changing, suspending or discontinuing any aspect of the website at any time, without notice.
  • In case of any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision.
  • The terms above are only applicable to products sold via indicaid.com and INDICAID labTM Hong Kong Testing Center. For INDICAID products purchased from other retailers, please refer to their exchange policy.
