Returns, Exchanges and Refunds Policy
- No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted after an order is placed.
- If you find any inherent defect or damage on the product(s) received, you may apply for an exchange within 7 days of receipt by sending an email to cs@indicaid.com or calling our Customer Service Hotline at +852 3700 8888.
- For the exchange, please present your purchase receipt and return the product in its original, sealed packaging. We will arrange a re-delivery based on the shipping method of your original order at no extra charge.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for products damaged due to improper use.
- If the product has been received for more than 7 days, we regret that we cannot accept any exchange requests.
- We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

- The above terms are only applicable to products sold on the official INDICAID website. For products purchased through other channels, please refer to their respective return and exchange policies.
