About INDICAID Care
INDICAID Care provides you an exclusive and integrated experience to manage your health after receiving your results with INDICAID rapid tests, allowing you to obtain professional medical advice in time. We offer online reservation for doctors’ appointment, online or in-clinic doctor consultation and door-to-door medication delivery etc.
INDICAID Care offers online reservation for online and in-clinic doctor consultation within our network doctors. On the day of appointment, you can log in to your INDICAID Care account to start your online consultation, or visit your selected clinic to reduce waiting time.
All users of INDICAID rapid tests who hold a valid ID card or any other valid identification documents (incl. both Hong Kong and non-Hong Kong residents) are eligible for INDICAID Care. However, only those who are aged 18 or above are allowed to use online consultation service.

Registration and Account
You canclick here to create an INDICAID Care account, enter a valid phone number and email address and verify with a one-time password (OTP) to start using INDICAID Care.
We use one-time password (OTP) to verify and authenticate your identity upon account registration and each login. This measure is to ensure data protection for all members.
You can log in and change your registered phone number or email address in [My Profile]. Afterwards, you will receive a one-time password (OTP) to verify and authenticate your new contact. You can then log in with your new credentials.
My Appointments
You will receive the followings an appointment confirmation email and SMS upon successful reservation and payment.
You can log in and check your appointment record in [My Appointments].
You can also check our appointment confirmation email and SMS. If you did not receive any notifications regarding the appointment, please contact us at 3700-8888 during 10am-8pm (Monday to Sunday).
Online Consultation
Cancellations are non-refundable and rescheduling is currently unavailable in order to ensure fairness for all clients.
In-Clinic Visit
You may contact your selected clinic if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment. However, online reservation fees are non-refundable.
Reselecting your selected doctor or clinic is currently unavailable.
Transfer of appointment is not supported. Your identification will be verified during your online or in-clinic consultation based on your registered personal information.
You will receive an appointment confirmation notification via email and SMS upon successful reservation and payment. You will further receive a reminder email and SMS 24 hours before your next scheduled appointment.
Payment and Refund
We accept online credit card payment incl. Visa, Master, AMEX and UnionPay.

Online reservation fee for an in-clinic visit is HK$30. Additional costs that may be incurred at the clinic include:
- In-clinic consultation
- Medical prescription
Please note that INDICAID Care is a service platform that acts as an intermediary between members and network doctors. You shall settle additional fees other than the online reservation fee with your selected clinics.
Online Consultation
Online reservation fees are non-refundable. You may contact your selected clinic if you wish to reschedule your appointment.
In-Clinic Visit
You may contact your selected clinic if you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment. However, online reservation fees are non-refundable.
Preparation for Consultation
INDICAID Care has its own encrypted, data-protected online consultation tool, where you may join your online consultation via the following methods:
- Appointment confirmation or reminder email: click the button on the email to log in to your INDICAID Care account and start your online consultation
- Log in to your INDICAID Care account, and then open the online consultation link under [My Appointments]
You can attend your in-clinic consultation based on the information on your appointment confirmation email which includes the clinic's name, address and the date and time of your scheduled appointment.
Please arrive at the selected clinic on time, late arrival maybe regarded as cancellation subject to the clinic's decision.
To ensure a smooth online consultation experience, please join the consultation 5 minutes before the scheduled time. Joining the consultation outside of the scheduled time slot is regarded as cancellation. Please make sure that your device is connected to a stable internet connection network. A working microphone and a video camera are also required for the session.
You should prepare your registered HKID/Passport for online verification. You are also recommended to prepare a checklist of medication allergies and medical records that are relevant to the consultation if necessary.

The length of your online consultation depends on the complexity of your conditions and questions. A maximum of 30 minutes consultation time will be allowed to offer you the best and most personalized care possible.

Medication & Doctor's Note
Online Consultation
You will pay for the reservation, consultation and medication fee at once while you book an online consultation session. Please provide your delivery address and the medications will be delivered to your designated address within 3 working days after consultation (delivery fee included except for the outlying islands). Should our doctor partners prescribe additional medications, you will be notified with another medication payment email and SMS after your consultation.
In-Clinic Visit
Medications will be prepared and ready for collection at your selected clinic after your consultation session. Prescription fee will be charged by the clinic on the spot after consultation.
Medications are prescribed in accordance to the doctor’s assessment of your symptoms and the concluded diagnosis with the goal to deliver an accurate and effective treatment.
Please contact your selected clinic directly for any enquiries about your prescription.
Online Consultation
Your doctor's note will be delivered with your medication to your provided address.
In-Clinic Visit
Your doctor's note will be provided by the clinic on the spot after consultation.
