  • 早期：流鼻水、打噴嚏、低燒、輕微咳嗽、喉嚨刺激/輕度喉痛
  • 痙咳期：陣發性連續劇烈咳嗽、吸氣時可能出現「嗚咳聲」、咳後嘔吐、夜間加劇、咳後極度疲憊；多無高燒
  • 恢復期：咳嗽逐漸減輕，但可因再受刺激而復發性加重
  • 在咳嗽時出現嚴重的氣喘情況，應立即送院接受治療

  • 氣胸

  • 肋骨骨折（因劇咳）

Treatment

  • 治療以早期使用抗生素為主，可縮短傳染期並減少傳播
  • 進行支持與對症處理：充分休息、補充水分、少量多餐，必要時使用退燒止痛與止吐藥物
  • 避免煙霧、冷空氣與其他刺激物
  • 接種百日咳疫苗可以有效預防百日咳。現行的「香港兒童免疫接種計劃」採用混合疫苗「白喉、破傷風、無細胞型百日咳及滅活小兒麻痺混合疫苗」
  • 孕婦無論過往曾否接種百日咳疫苗或感染該病，建議在每次懷孕的妊娠第二或三期期間任何時間，接種一劑無細胞型百日咳疫苗，作為恆常產前護理的一部分

Flu A/B: 甲型/乙型流感病毒
COV: 新冠病毒
RSV: 呼吸道合胞病毒
ADV: 呼吸道腺病毒
PIVI&III: 1/3型副流感病毒
PIV II: 2型副流感病毒
MP: 肺炎支原體
HMPV: 人類偏肺病毒
HRV: 人類鼻病毒
BOV: 博卡病毒
BP: 百日咳博德氏桿菌

  • 請細心留意！ 指示線的顏色深淺度可能會有差異或顯得很微弱！
  • 請確保 ‘C' 旁邊有出現指示線! 若在 ‘C' 旁沒有出現任何線，表示測試無效。

沒有 'C' 線

若‘C’旁邊沒有指示線，則無論‘A’、‘B’、‘N’、 ‘T1’至‘T9’旁是 否有指示線，結果均屬無效。
